Dan, vice president of Steve Fuqua Homes,
is a native Houstonian and long-time homebuilder
in the greater Houston area. Dan began his
career in homebuilding as a framing contractor
in Spring, Texas, working his way up through
the homebuilding industry. From framing
contractor, to superintendent,to partner
and vice president, he learned first-hand
what was required to build a truly superior
custom home.
Since 1980, Dan has built elegant custom
homes throughout Fort Bend County as a member
of Steve Fuqua Homes. In 1994, Dan became
a partner in Steve Fuqua Homes, continuing
the company's commitment to excellence in
the custom homebuilding market.
With 33 years in the industry, Dan continues
to maintain the highest standards of quality
craftsmanship and innovative ideas in the
custom home market. He attributes his success
primarily to his belief in serving the clients'
individual needs, above all else. His commitment
to customer satisfaction and the personal
attention given to each home built have
resulted in lasting customer relationships
and many repeat customers.
Dan has resided in the Fort Bend area since
1984,and is father of five daughters, including
three Aggies. Dan and his wife, Becky, will
celebrate their 23rd anniversary
in 2003. Dan and Becky are very active in
their community and in their church.
Dan spends his spare time in his workshop,
creating original works of art with various
types of wood. He also spends much time
keeping himself abreast of current trends
and innovations in the building of quality,
luxury custom homes.
