The Steve Fuqua Homes Scratch Building Process is an incredibly exciting experience where you can let your creative energy run free.  We sit down and draw out your custom home plans with you, enabling you to explore, review, and refine features in the design stage. 

A Simple Process

1Initial Meeting: To begin the Scratch Building Process by learning about your lifestyle.  What have you always wanted?

2 Evaluation: We work with you to evaluate assets and potential obstacles of your site including views, access, landscaping, solar orientation and energy considerations.

3Getting Creative: We sit with you and draw out your spaces room-by-room from scratch to fit your unique and refined tastes. 

4Design & Refine: We create the architectural plans and begin the refining process.  Interior design elements are selected.

5 Building the Home: We build your brand new custom home with elegant, time-tested processes.  Our teams work with meticulous care to perfect every aspect of construction.
